To debut Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez's first collection for LOEWE Spring/Summer 2026, we conceived a day that unfolded in two chapters: an open media reception followed by an intimate dinner for twenty-eight guests.
The menu drew directly from the collection's colour palette, transforming tones, materials, and textures into a gastronomic expression of the collection.
The reception explored texture through four canapés, each expressing a distinct material quality: a crisp blue pea tuile stuffed with whipped mascarpone and blueberries marmalade, a tarragon, lime and EVOO marshmallow, an airy peppers and parmesan choux.
Dinner unfolded through colour, with ingredients and techniques reflecting the collection's progression from warm ochres to deep indigo.
