Guest Cover Celebration for Heart Evangelista
For Heart Evangelista's July 2025 Cover Celebration, Harper's Bazaar Singapore asked us to continue the editorial at a table.
A guest editor is not a brand book. There were no visual codes to translate, only a point of view. We approached the evening as a portrait.
The menu ran short and warm. Stracciatella with tomato, yellowtail amberjack crudo with pine nut milk, gemelli with white ragù, caramel flan. Dishes designed to be passed and shared.
The portrait came to life through three bespoke cocktails. Heart paired tequila with apple brandy, pomegranate shrub and citrus. Ciccone: oregano-infused Patrón Blanco, Acqua di Cedro, lemon, absinthe and vermouth bianco, served in a sculptural corset bust, after Madonna's surname and her costume. Margarita for Mel brought together coconut-infused Código 1530, crème de cacao and lime cordial.
